Your first consultation appointment will usually be for at least 1 hour especially if you have had a problem/ condition for a long time. After the first appointment we will advise you as to the possible cause of your condition and the courses of treatments that you will most probably need and the various treatment options available to you to get the maximum improvement/benefit.
